Does Anybody Else . . .
think the squirrel arrogance quotient is getting a little high around here? This is one of the stray cats that lives in the backyard.

Synopsis Sunday
We lug along in the mid-seventies and dream of real winter. Still we have no rain, a foot behind for the year, but some promise of storms on Halloween. In the kitchen Jack O’Cat threw me an orange grin and pumpkin bread and cream cheese for breakfast put me in the autumnal spirit of things. [...]

I’ve always said that the folks who run that store really enjoyed the Sixties, thus their dedication to all things [...]

Bastard Sons
While I waited for a client to declare his online store ready for launch I decided to pop over to eMusic and use some of my monthly downloads. The cooler, fall weather has me back in my beloved, snuggly over shirts with those handy breast pockets that just beg to hold an iPod Shuffle. I [...]

Saturday Report
Saturday morning at the Japanese Gardens the weather hit the perfect note, impossibly clear with the air dancing around the word “crisp” for a few minutes there. The mercury stayed in the low 70s throughout the afternoon. We’ve waited so long for anything that smacks of Fall that a day that gorgeous imbued everyone we [...]
